Egyptian Mohamed Salah has maintained his consistent brilliance since the beginning of the current season, despite his team Liverpool stumbling to a 2-2 draw with host Aston Villa, yesterday, Wednesday, in the English Premier League.

The Egyptian international scored the first goal for the Reds, before making the second for Trent Alexander-Arnold, which was the reason for his team's draw.

Talk Sport Radio indicated that Salah reached his 24th goal in the English Premier League this season, in addition to 15 assists in 26 matches.

It reported that Salah succeeded in surpassing the best record of goal contributions for Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo with Manchester United, in his best seasons in the Premier League.

The 2007-2008 season witnessed Ronaldo reaching 37 goal contributions, between making and scoring, but Salah has so far reached 39 contributions, with many matches remaining until the end of the current season.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored 31 goals in that season, while providing 6 assists with Manchester United.

The Liverpool star hopes to emulate Ronaldo's season in terms of titles, which saw him lead Manchester United to the Premier League and Champions League titles, before winning the Ballon d'Or.
